Welcome to Food Pack Asia, the online virtual exhibition for the food, packaging and processing industry. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The platform serves two types of users: Exhibitors (companies that showcase or sell products) and Buyers / Visitors. Browsing is open to everyone; some features (saving favourites, sending enquiries, chat) require you to register and log in.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and use one account per email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Exhibitor accounts are activated only after the organiser has reviewed the application.
If you register as an exhibitor, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish — company details, product information, prices, images, 3D models and documents. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you upload, and that your products comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items are not allowed.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading it you grant Food Pack Asia a non-exclusive licence to display, store and promote that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the exhibition.
Food Pack Asia is a directory and business-matchmaking platform that connects buyers and exhibitors. We are NOT a party to any transaction, agreement or sale between users. Any purchase, contract, payment, delivery or dispute is solely between the buyer and the exhibitor. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any product, or the accuracy of any listing.
Use the chat and enquiry tools for genuine, professional business communication only. Spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful content is not permitted. Enquiries and messages you send are shared with the relevant exhibitor so they can respond.
The Food Pack Asia name, logo and website design belong to the organiser. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, reproduce or reuse any content from the site without permission.
You must not: impersonate any person or company; upload malware or harmful code; attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the site; harvest or scrape data by automated means; or post content that is illegal, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
The organiser may suspend, restrict or remove any account or content that breaches these Terms or the law, at its discretion and without prior notice.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Pack Asia and the organiser are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your dealings with other users, or your reliance on any listing or information.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
